With several nationally accredited certified specialties in her expertise, she is ideally suited for the high-level of customization required to successfully lead on-location personal training. Dolores travels to her client's homes, workplaces, beaches, parks, and track fields, or at her gym location -- wherever they are most comfortable exercising -- primarily in the greater Phoenix & Scottsdale area.

However, her extraordinary level of personalization and unique programs has her in demand to work with clients throughout the U.S. -- from San Diego to Miami -- on a regular basis. As a behavioral change specialist, Dolores knows coaching is about more than training movement. That is why her workout sessions are 75 minutes in length -- allowing for 1 hour of movement and another 15 minutes for questions, client concerns, lifestyle modification tips, etc. -- above & beyond most trainers.

Dolores also performs small and large group classes, keynote speaking, as well as designing corporate wellness programs.
