TRAINING PROGRAMS AS UNIQUE AS YOU ARE
- Personal Training is performed on location at client's homes, workplaces, beaches, parks, and track fields, or at her professional gym location -- wherever they are most comfortable exercising.
- All programs are completely customized for each client's specific needs, goals, and physicality.
- Workout sessions are 75 minutes in length -- allowing for 1 hour of movement and another 15 minutes for questions, client concerns, lifestyle modification tips, etc. -- above & beyond most trainers.
- In-depth Weekly Analysis and Progress Reporting included.
- Small and large group classes, keynote speaking, and corporate wellness programs are also available.
